We collect as little as we can and never sell your data.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and, if you leave it on, send a weekly summary.
• Your profile: handle and anything you choose to add (name, bio, website, a contact email for hiring).
• Your entries, recipes and votes. Entries and recipes are public once results are out. Your individual votes are never shown to anyone.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used to stop abuse and vote rigging. We never store the IP itself. Images are re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes location data from photos.
• One sign-in cookie, and your theme choice in your browser's storage. No advertising trackers.

Who helps us run ToolBrace

• Cloudflare hosts the site, database and images.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, processes payments. We never see your card number.
• Anthropic (Claude) checks uploads for safety and writes coaching feedback. Entries are sent for these checks only.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, turn off emails, and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes your email, profile and recipes and hides your entries. To ask for a copy of your data, write to hello@toolbrace.com.
